[BIDDING BY THE ACRE]

SURVEY: A recent survey has been performed by Elbert Angel, GRLS #1742, for the tracts on this property and each tract(s) shall be recorded individually at closing. A survey/staking/recording fee of $1,500 per tract for tracts 1,2,3,4,5, and 6, $1,250 per tract for tracts 10,11,12,13,14,15,16, and 17, $2,000 for Tract 19, and $3,500 per tract for tracts 7,8,9, and 18 which will be due and collected today. The accuracy of the survey is the sole liability of the surveyor and the Purchaser, and the Purchaser does hereby release the Seller and Dempsey Auction Co from all liability in all matters concerning the survey.
