[BIDDING BY THE ACRE]

SURVEY: There is a new recordable survey performed for this auction by registered surveyors J.R. Butts Surveying and Mapping of Luverne, Alabama which shall be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Pike County Alabama. There is a survey/staking fee of $450.00 per tract for 6-19, $1000.00 per tract for 1,3,4,5,20, and $1500.00 for tract 2, which will be due and collected today. All front pins are in place and all rear corners shall be in place prior to closing. The accuracy of the survey is the sole liability of the surveyor and the Purchaser, and the Purchaser does hereby release the Seller and Dempsey Auction Co from all liability in all matters concerning the survey. Any additional flagging of the lines would be at the purchaser's expense. Today’s sale plat is for auction purposes only.
