This lot is reserved for the Live Auction. During the live auction once the individual tracts have been offered, we will ask the crowd if anyone is interested in any combination of tracts at a 5% raise. Feel free to contact our office if you have questions about this process. 

SURVEY: A recent survey has been performed by Flowers and White Engineers LLC ALS# 31832, survey has been recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 60 in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Houston County, Alabama. The survey fee is $500.00 per tract on tracts 1, 4, 5, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 22 and $750.00 per tract for tracts 2, 3, 6, 10, 12, 13, and 19 and shall be paid today as part of your purchase agreement.
