We will be offering the home and barns on Tract# 1. This parcel will sell "By the Dollar" This offering is sold first and then we move to the remaining acreage tracts.
• This will be an absolute auction which means the property sells regardless of price
• The remaining lots will be sold "PICKING CHOICE - BY THE ACRE"
• Buyers will be bidding by an "ACRE Amount" for individual tract or multiples of tracts.
• When the auctioneer says sold, the buyer will then tell us which tract or tracts he wants.
• At this point the auction starts over again until we are finished.
• We "are not designating" what tracts we are selling, you as the purchaser tell us which tract or
tracts you want when we say sold!
• This is a 10% Buyers Premium auction sale: If you pay $5,000 per acre for a tract that contains 5
acres you must add 10% that is $500 and your final sales price is $5,500 per acre sales price,
totaling $27,500.
Sale day you will pay 20% of your sales price down and the closing can be on or before 30 days from the date of the auction. We find many of our customers want to close on the following week of the sale so that they may take possession of their property, and we can assist you with that.
