SURVEY: The property has been surveyed by J.R. Butts Surveying & Mapping and shall be recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate in Coffee County, AL prior to closing. A survey fee of $400.00 per tract for tracts 1, 4, 9, 10, and 21, $500.00 per tract for tracts 5-8, 12, 13, 22 and 23, $600.00.00 per tract for 2, 3, 11, 14, 16, 24, 25, 26, $700.00 per tract for 15 and 17-20, and $800.00 for tract 27, which shall be charged and paid upon execution of the sales contract.
