SURVEY: We are selling this property according to a registered boundary survey performed by Michael Paul Bunch, GRLS #3350, and the property is selling subject to Murray County Planning & Engineering Final Approval. Any acreage adjustments will be handled at closing. A survey fee of $2,000 for Tracts #3-8, $3,000 for Tract #2, and $2,500 for Tract #1 will be due and collected today.
