Rolling Stock:1. 2014 Freightliner M2 Box Truck: [SOLD]This 2014 Freightliner M2 is a good-condition diesel box truck with an automatic transmission and a 26’ box. Showing 236,639 miles, this truck features a ramp and 4-passenger seating, making it a versatile option for delivery, moving, or service-related use. Tires are reported to be in good condition, and the truck carries a clear title. Mechanical note: needs plug-in charge during cold weather.

INSPECTION: Dempsey Representatives will be at the Box Truck Fleet location for inspections on Monday, July 20th, and Tuesday, July 28th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please contact our office for scheduling and the location of Box Trucks.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Equipment: All purchases shall be paid for in full on sale day by cash, credit/debit card, certified check, or personal/company check with bank letter guaranteeing payment to DEMPSEY AUCTION CO, for this specific auction.—NO EXCEPTIONS. A 13.5% Buyer’s Premium (3.5% cash/check discount) will be added to the final bid to determine the sales price.
VEHICLE TITLES: Unless otherwise noted, all vehicle titles will be sent by certified mail within 10 business days from sale date. Please inform the Bookkeepers how you would like your vehicle titled. Sales tax WILL NOT be collected on vehicle purchases; it will be paid at the time of tag application.
CHECK OUT: NO Purchases may be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and NO items may be removed without a PAID receipt. Checkout times will be on July 29th from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and July 30th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All other times must be coordinated with the Auctioneer.
