If you can't hear the auction, please click View Live Stream above lot picture. Audio doesn't start until the opening announcement, which is usually around 5 minutes after start time.

To protect the integrity of the auction, Registration for Online Bidding will cease 90 minutes prior to the Live Auction starting. This is just for registration; bidding will still take place during the live auction.

Once the Live Auction has started (10:00 AM), we will be too busy to "vet" and approve you for online bidding.

These Tracts will be sold “PICK AND CHOICE – BY THE ACRE”, with the exception of tracts 2 and 3, which will be offered by the Dollar.

Buyers will be bidding by “ACRE Amount” for the land tract. For example, bidding $5000 on a 5-acre tract would mean your total bid price is $25,000.

SURVEY: The property has been surveyed by Elbert Angel Surveying and will be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Floyd County, GA.
